Half Portion serves 2. BAKE. The sweet and tangy flavors of orange juice and zest are deliciously complimented by balsamic vinegar and maple syrup to give the salmon a delicate brightness. Half is used as a marinade and the other half is reduced into a thick sauce to drizzle over the fish. Served with brown rice.
